Why "technical people"? I have a Computer Science degree and have worked as a developer, data scientist, entrepreneur, employee of venture backed startups, and content creator. I can speak from my experience and the network of those I know. If you don't fall into one of those buckets, this course might still be helpful, but you will have to cater it to your needs. Many of the assignments will be "developer" specific.
